This session is particularly tailored for small business owners, whether you’re a one-person show or leading a growing team, providing you with the tools and knowledge to build a thriving organizational structure. Business Coach Bayo Igoh leads a six-part, in person programme for Lewisham’s small business owners. At the heart of the course is a central theme focused on cultivating a visionary mindset, leadership skills, and the energy to drive business forward. The “Systems Business Coach®” approach underpins the curriculum, offering a pathway for small business training aimed at prosperity and freedom. Participants will learn to make and keep promises, uphold their business values, set and achieve goals, improve communication, and build trust.
