Description:
Book NowJoin BIPC Lewisham for an evening of inspiration, networking and support, whether you’re starting or growing your business. The forum is a quarterly event to provide networking opportunities, training and support for entrepreneurial women and female led businesses within Lewisham, helping you successfully run and grow your business. Everybody is welcome, whether you have started your business or you're just at the idea stage.
March's Women's Business Forum is inspired by the theme of International Women's Day 2024: "Inspire Inclusion".
Firstly, multi-hyphenate Esther Solomon-Turay (Authentic Worth) will present ideas on embracing inclusivity in purposeful storytelling and how this can inspire new stories and books written and published for the benefit of the wider community.
Then a panel discussion with local businesswomen Mel Nichols (Chayses Boys Book Club), Gbemi Shitta (SweetDoughThings) and Jennifer McLean (Amaze Associates) will explore issues of inclusivity as female entrepreneurs in their respective industries and what they've learned about how to inspire inclusion on their own business journeys.
The evening will include a networking session where we will be joined by local business founders who are looking to connect with fellow entrepreneurs to share knowledge, expertise and inspiration. There will also be complimentary refreshments available to all attendees.
Please note that you can book tickets with your library card number or as a guest, or just drop in on the day.
