Isis Meets Isis

Come along and meet 9 year old author, Isis Damali, for a reading of her debut picture book 'Isis Meets Isis'. This will be a fun and informative event for the whole family, and a great way to inspire children and young people. 'Isis Meets Isis' is a book about finding the meaning of your name and exploring your identity. 2.30 pm - In the first section of the event you will hear from Isis and find out what inspired her to write her book. You will have the chance to ask Isis questions about her journey to publishing a book, and hear her read from her book. Then you can join in with the 'My Name, Your Name' song. 3pm - Crafts and Activities - feel free to stay for as little or long as you like. You will have the chance to find out about your name and identity with the help of library staff. Take part in fun Egyptian themed crafts. Purchase signed copies of Isis's book.
