New to Catford Library from 6 March 2025

Welcome to the New Voxblock Collection!

We’re thrilled to introduce the brand-new Voxblock collection at Catford Library! Thanks to funding from a Libraries Connected and Arts Council England Microgrant, we now have 50 Voxblock players and 250 audiobooks available—completely free for children to borrow for two weeks at a time.

Voxblock players are fun, screen-free, and internet-free audiobook devices designed for children aged 3 to 12. These intuitive, durable players allow kids to explore stories independently or enjoy hands-free listening during family time. Whether it's solo or shared storytelling, Voxblock makes reading more flexible and engaging!

Our mission? To spark a lifelong love of reading and support families who may find this journey more challenging.

Voxblock players and audiobooks can't be reserved, and are currently only available to borrow in person from Catford Library. 1 player and up to 3 audiobooks per child for non-renewable 2 week loans.

📚 Read Along: Most audiobooks have a matching print book—ask staff to borrow both!

🔙 Return: Take the Voxblock player and audiobooks back to any branch of Lewisham Libraries within 2 weeks.
